Product Changes

We reserve the right to amend product designs, packaging, presentation, labels, vessel styles, wax melt shapes and other non-essential product features without prior notice while maintaining product quality and functionality.

Handmade Products

All products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, appearance, fragrance intensity and finish may occur and do not constitute a fault.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, wax melts or other home fragrance products unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, photographs, logos, branding, product names and written materials are the property of The Haven Luxury Comfort Boxes and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Candle Safety

Customers must follow all candle and wax melt safety instructions provided with their purchase. The Haven Luxury Comfort Boxes accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper storage or failure to follow safety guidance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
