Before Lighting Your Candle

  • Remove all packaging before use.

  • Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep away from drafts, fans, curtains and flammable materials.

  • Ensure the candle is kept out of reach of children and pets.

  • Always trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.

First Burn

The first burn is one of the most important.

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface of the candle before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunnelling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

During Use

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Keep the wax pool free from wick trimmings, matches and debris.

  • Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.

  • Extinguish the flame carefully and allow the candle to cool before handling.

When to Stop Burning

Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

Burning a candle beyond this point may cause the container to overheat or become damaged.

Candle Storage

To maintain fragrance quality and appearance:

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid direct sunlight.

  • Avoid extreme temperatures.

  • Keep the lid on when not in use, where applicable.

Wax Melt Safety

When using wax melts:

  • Use only in a suitable wax warmer approved for wax melts.

  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your wax warmer.

  • Do not add water.

  • Do not leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Do not consume wax melts.
