What are your candles made from?
Our candles are hand-poured using a premium soy wax blend, fragranced with carefully chosen scent notes and finished with a cotton wick. Every candle is made in small batches in London to ensure the highest quality. We never use harmful additives, just clean, intentional ingredients.
How do I use the rose wax melts?
Simply place one sculpted rose melt into your wax warmer or oil burner and allow the heat to gently release the fragrance. Each rose melt is designed to be used one at a time for the best scent experience. Do not add water and never leave your burner unattended.
How is my order packaged?
Every order is packaged with care and intention. Your candle set arrives in a white gift box with black tissue paper, ready to give as a gift or keep for yourself. Each order also includes a handwritten thank you card because every customer matters to us.

All of our products come beautifully packaged as standard, no extra charge, no extra step. Every Haven order is gift-ready from the moment it leaves us.
What are your delivery options?
We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product please contact us at [add email] within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do everything we can to make it right.
