Yes. Once you’ve become a Haven Partner, reordering is quick and straightforward. We’ll keep your previous order details on file, making it easy to replenish your stock whenever you need.

Yes. We offer bespoke partnership options for selected businesses, including branded packaging, personalised gifting and exclusive products for hotels, boutiques, corporate gifting and special events. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on your requirements.

Every Haven product is handmade in our Surrey studio and produced in batches.

To allow time for hand-pouring, curing and quality check, we ask that all partnership and wholesale orders are placed at least two weeks advance of your required delivery date.
